- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.
3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- Any late or declined payments may result in service delays or additional charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Inform our team of any special cleaning requirements or hazardous conditions.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before the scheduled cleaning. Clean2Shine LLC is not responsible for items not properly secured.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Liability
- Clean2Shine LLC carries general liability insurance; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Privacy & Data
