Yes — this is how we prefer to work. Tell us which rooms and tasks matter most, and anything you'd rather we skip, and we build your checklist around it. You can change it at any point.
Wherever scheduling allows, yes. Consistency matters: someone who already knows your home cleans it faster and better. If your regular cleaner is out, we'll brief whoever covers on your specific plan.
No. There's no long-term contract — you can adjust your frequency, skip a visit, or pause entirely. We'd rather keep earning the next visit.
Not at all. Plenty of clients give us secure access and simply come home to a finished house. Whatever you're comfortable with works for us.
Just let us know ahead of time. Inside the fridge or oven, interior windows, laundry, and similar extras can be added to any visit — we'll confirm any change to the rate first.
